They misdiagnosed the problem and caused me to spend an extra thousand dollars on it. I went somewhere else and found it was a simple electrical issue that was fixed with a new fuse. Honest-1 claimed they checked the electrical so they are either not honest or just incompetent

Brad and Kurt are very friendly, helpful, and honest. After my car's work was completed, they texted and emailed me a detailed list of my car's components that had been inspected and cleared. My full synthetic oil change was a great price! I've been here a couple times now and I'll continue to use Honest-1.
