Cons lied to me telling me that I need an alignment. They Showed me a fake alignment result that was not for my car. Took my car to another shop and they gave me accurate results that indicated no alignment was needed. The "honest" guys also charged me $20 because I did not choose to leave my car for the alignment they said I allegedly needed. These guys are not Honest.

You came in indicating you went somewhere else and they told you that you needed an alignment and you did not believe them. So you came here. We were up front telling you that the alignment check is $20 and would be put towards the alignment of you chose to do it. We have a 3D imaging machine that can not make things up. We have never and will never lie to our customers. I am glad you found the answers you were seeking at another shop.

Service was great, my car was losing a lot of gas, they replaced the gas gauge sending unit. Now my fuel economy is a lot better, especially than before. Along with a good price. The people that work there are super nice and friendly.

I knew something was wrong with my car! I took it to two other places and they said it was fine (actually,they said maybe the road was bumpy....please)anywho Brad listened to me and understood what I was saying...They diagnosed the problem .Then,actually fixed it! (Fair price too)I'm so grateful, finally...(btw rotors needed to be resurfaced.) Now there are no more bumpy roads lol

Worst auto repair experience i've ever had Charged me 850 on a repair that should be 450 because I had my car towed to their shop Take your business elsewhere

If we remember correctly your girlfriend authorized the repairs. After we were working on her car for one hour you decided not to do the work. We needed another hour to put the car back together and remove the parts we had installed. We asked for one hour of labor time we put into it. Please know that our work is top notch and we would have given you a 3 year/36 mile warranty to back it up. We understand there are cheaper prices to be had and you must do what is best for you.

Honest A-1 did a fantastic repair on my Volvo XC-60 that had been making a grinding noise upon start-up. I had taken it to another repair shop to diagnose the problem and they were unsuccessful. Then I took it to Honest A-1 who figured it out and did the repair. My car runs better than it has in years. Thank you to Brad and Kurt for your excellent customer service and fabulous mechanics.
