Initially, I brought my Challenger SRT8 to Brad following a month of chaos with a well-known Dodge Dealer in Irvine. Charged with an invoice in excess of $3800.00, pages full of dealer-diagnosed (unrelated) issues, and a car that could barely make it up a slight incline, I came to Brad. His team at Honest-1 quickly arrived at a diagnosis far from what the Dodge Dealer determined was the cause of the car’s issues. Brad carefully took me through each repair need and explained in detail, exactly what needed to be done. He took time to ensure I understood the root cause of each issue. His communication was articulate, detailed, and very easy to understand. Importantly, Brad and his team accomplished what the Dodge Dealer could not. My experience was seamless and it did not take me long to learn that he and his team are leaders in their field.

I recently bought a 2002 Nissan Altima 2.5L and it runs quite well, it gets very good gas mileage and the air conditioning works; however, it has some issues and I wanted to know exactly what those issues were and what it would entail to correct them and for that, it's time to call Honest-1 Auto Care. If you need to know the condition of your vehicle, Honest-1 Auto Care is hands down, the best place in Orange County, and probably the best place in Southern California, to go for a full on vehicle inspection! They checked no less than 91 different items in my vehicle! They found 3 items that were urgent, 20 items that were imminent, and 68 items that checked out okay. They have completely eliminated any guesswork for me. I know exactly what needs to be done with my vehicle, when I need to do it, and what parts I'm going to need, and how much it's going to cost, to get everything in tip top shape. I've known many mechanics and I've been to many shops in my time and I've been charged for vehicle inspections and 9 times out of 10, I leave knowing less about my vehicle then when I arrived. If you have a problem with your vehicle and you don't know what it is, take it to Honest-1. If you want to know the condition of a used car before you buy it, take it to Honest-1. They will "honestly" do the most complete and thorough inspection of your vehicle that can possibly be done and you will walk away knowing everything there is to know about that vehicle.
