I haven't even gone yet and called for a quote to change my oil and filter if I had m own already from the manufacturer. Guy seems cool and almost half the cost of other oil change places near by. Be there soon for a follow up....

The guys at Honest 1 are the nicest and most honest (of course) people. They never push you to do any service you don’t need and explain everything in great detail. There’s just something different about this place compared to other auto shops. The first time I went there, the way I was treated made me feel like I had been going there for years!

Our family is from Michigan and we had car trouble in California and found this auto repair business. It was an excellent experience dealing with this business and "Brad" in particular. This shop was great! First contacted them on the phone, very warm, friendly and professional. Brought my car in and they educated me on price and what my options are. Being a female it is nice to go to a shop and not wonder if you are getting taken advantage of. They called me with up dates and finished the job quickly and correctly. They even left me candy in my car!!!! Definitely recommend!!

1st time going there and it was a great experience. Good service and the an important thing for me is that the customer service was excellent. Got me in and out the same day. I will be definitely coming back for other services.
