Honest 1 provides the most amazing customer service. They’re friendly, they take the time to explain the work orders after performing their inspections, and they even get you a ride home if they need to keep your car for a while. As a service advisor, Brad never makes you feel pressured regarding their recommended repairs. And Brad is SO NICE!

Had an insane quote from another place for coolant leakage. Kurt was great to work with and he took care of it for 30% of the quote by only replacing ‘failed hoses’ VS the other place where they wanted to replace the entire coolant system including the coolant pump. Also was requested suspension replacement even though I didn’t feel anything wrong with it, quoting cracks on the suspension. Wanted second eyes from Honest-1. They confirmed the cracks are only on the bushes and currently don’t warrant suspension arms replacement. Overall, will definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a fair quote on maintenance and quality work.

Honest one is always very fast and reliable. They tell me what must be fixed, what can be saved for later and how the changes will affect the car/perfomance. They are very trustworthy
