The employees are anti-mask. The first thing they said to me when I walked in was "You don't have to wear that in here" meaning my mask. I pressed further and they do not wear masks at all, and don't believe COVID is much of a health issue. So, they're getting in your car without a mask, without using gloves or even hand sanitizer. I can't support a business that is so careless about the health and lives of employees and customers.

Best auto care shop I’ve ever been to. I came in to have my brakes repaired, and I got not just new brakes but new brakes at a reasonable price AND a friendliness and straightforwardness from the Honest-1 team that blew my mind and made my day. I’d recommend them for sure!

It is so hard for me to trust anyone that works on my car because of several different experiences over the years, I assumed the majority of auto shops were money gauging tricksters that would probably fix one thing and tinker with another so you have to go back to them in a month or two..because of this I avoided auto shops like a plague and would hire “friends of friends" for repair, cost effective at the time but not long before the money would go down the drain and I'd be left at square1 again. I was so lucky the day I took a chance and called Honest1 to see if they were even equipped to service my E350 bus. Brad immediately made me feel like I was part of their family. They don't try to BS you; they take the time to make sure you understand the required work versus the alternatives so that you can evaluate your options. They don't pressure you to do anything. Best of all, I leave with full confidence knowing they solved the problem and I won't be back in their shop a month later for the same issue. I have been a customer for 3years and their work is excellent quality everytime. They are such good people and great mechanics!
