they're honest and finish all work on schedule. their pricing is very reasonable and never try to push you or upsell you on anything. the owner brad always follows up with you on the status of your car while it's being worked on in case you want to fix anything else that was found.

They are great! Friendly and always do a good job. They let me know what needs to be repaired, the cost, and how urgent it is or if I can wait awhile.

Very rude customer service ! I called to check something and they talked very rude when I inquired about the price . Would not recommend .

My experience with this business has been very positive and pleasant. Jobs have been well done, honestly and correctly. Prices charged have been slightly lower than the dealer charges, however they have been totally honest and telling you what you don't need to do or could wait until the repair time comes up, not sacrificing safety or longetivity of your car. I have been particularly impressed by knowledgable, courteous and positive attitudes of managers Mr. Brad McBride and Kurt Dewitz in Costa Mesa, California branch where I get my cars serviced. I think they are valuable human assets to this company. I will continue to service my cars there as long as this sort of management remains in place on this branch. Brandon Morad
