I've been using Honest-1 in Costa Mesa since they opened up shop. I have not taken my now 7 year old car to anyone else since my factory warranty expired. They are always cheerful, clear with recommendations without being pushy or upsells and work their hardest to get the work done promptly. I have never had a more pleasant experience with a shop and I always recommend them.

Scheduled a service for my Prius with them, everyone is very nice and friendly. Brad took care of all my questions, very easy to work with even with a third party service contract. Work was performed on a timely manner. Brad followed through with phone calls to approve repairs. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a reputable shop to work on your vehicle!

Brad and Kurt are a breath of fresh air. I thought auto shops were supposed to be scary. Not the case here. Forthright, kind, educational. That’s how it seems each visit at Honest-1 goes. I come in with no clue and I come out with some sort of advice as to how to not have to come back. I actually feel confident with my vehicle and satisfied with my transaction each time I leave Honest-1.
