My experience with this business has been very positive and pleasant. Jobs have been well done, honestly and correctly. Prices charged have been slightly lower than the dealer charges, however they have been totally honest and telling you what you don't need to do or could wait until the repair time comes up, not sacrificing safety or longetivity of your car. I have been particularly impressed by knowledgable, courteous and positive attitudes of managers Mr. Brad McBride and Kurt Dewitz in Costa Mesa, California branch where I get my cars serviced. I think they are valuable human assets to this company. I will continue to service my cars there as long as this sort of management remains in place on this branch. Brandon Morad

I've been using Honest-1 in Costa Mesa since they opened up shop. I have not taken my now 7 year old car to anyone else since my factory warranty expired. They are always cheerful, clear with recommendations without being pushy or upsells and work their hardest to get the work done promptly. I have never had a more pleasant experience with a shop and I always recommend them.

Scheduled a service for my Prius with them, everyone is very nice and friendly. Brad took care of all my questions, very easy to work with even with a third party service contract. Work was performed on a timely manner. Brad followed through with phone calls to approve repairs. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a reputable shop to work on your vehicle!

Brad and Kurt are a breath of fresh air. I thought auto shops were supposed to be scary. Not the case here. Forthright, kind, educational. That’s how it seems each visit at Honest-1 goes. I come in with no clue and I come out with some sort of advice as to how to not have to come back.
