I had a really good experience here. The staff explains everything really well, gives you options and recommendations. They aren't overly pushy and don't try to oversell services or anything. The waiting area is pretty nice too. They've got free drinks, WiFi, and charging stations so that you can stay entertained. Highly recommend this place!

Last year I took my old car to the shop in desperation. I couldn’t find a shop that could work on it because the parts were no longer made. They had a technician that pieced my old Cabriolet back together. While I found a place that had one of the parts after searching for a few weeks my car broke down yet again. Same problem , no parts. But I was urged to leave it there to see what could be done. A day later they called me to say my car was.well again. I couldn’t believe it. I went in paid my bill, which was way less than expected and found out the same technician had created the part It needed and he worked tirelessly to get it done. I was devastated with all the car problems but the shop made it easier to cope with. Terrific place for the ladies to take their cars to. Honest, trustworthy, and very caring. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are honest and fair and transparent about everything every time I’ve dealt with them. They also work very quickly. Highly recommended!

I brought in an old 2001 Nissan because it would not pass smog. Previously I had taken it to PEP Boys and after checking it out said they did not want to try and fix it because they had bad previous experiences with these old cars. When I pushed them rhey referred me to Honest 1. Kurt at Honest1 was very professional and explained carefully their process. They did a full evaluation (Level 2 of 3) and found the leak. It would have been a $200 charge but they needed to replace a canister that cost $180 from Nissan! In any case they completed it and will check it in 100 miles and then I can get it to pass smog. Overall very good experience with a show stopper problem.
