I had an urgent situation with my vehicle and was referred to Honest 1 Car Care. Brad and his team diagnosed the issue and had it resolved by the end of the day. He provided me with clear explanations on the mechanical workings throughout the process.

Brad was so rude to me. He was the owner and had no manners to treat his customers. I was alone in the waiting area so i changed the tv station. He yelled at me and ask me to changed it back his football station. I said i thought this area is for your customer to watch tv. He then loudly said “no this is my TV and i bought it for myself” and then said “ I am the owner and i waiting for the next game” He bragged that he used to play at OSU as a scholar. Brad you might have played football during your college years but i am certain you skip all your good manners and good conduct subjects. You discriminate people because i am Asian. I don’t recommend this place for any of your car services. They are very expensive and no customer service at all. I can get half the price of oil changed in the nearby area.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

My starter needed to get tapped the week of Christmas when it was super cold... AAA Said it would be best to have a professional look at the car... I took the car to honest -1 auto Care & got a phone call from them saying, "Everything looks perfectly fine & the car was starting totally on it's own... & They will not be able to replace the starter( because the decision was mine to make)... Brad was easy to speak to and ppl are so kind they even gave me a ride home... (4 min ride, but still) I will tell every local, this is the place to go!!! Thanks guys

I went for an oil change. They were very efficient. For my car, they explained the two different type of oil I can use and told me the price for each up front; no hidden fees. I am going back to them for my car needs.

They have an attractive waiting area for the customers, clean and they provide fresh coffee, snacks, water, etc. But I found them to be expensive for my budget.
